Cancellation and No Show Fees:
Cancellation of Sedans and SUVs within 48 hours of scheduled pick-up will result in a full charge of the arranged rate at the time of reservation.
Cancellation of Limo buses, Party Buses, Limousines, SUV Limousines, Vintage Limousines and specialty vehicles within 72 hours of scheduled pick-up will result in a full charge of the arranged rate at the time of reservation.
Cancellation of Limo Buses and Party Buses with less than 72 hours notice will be charged the vehicle hourly minimum.
A ‘no show’ fee equal to the full price of the trip and taxes plus gratuity plus applicable wait time fees will be charged when the passenger fails to arrive at the designated location.
To avoid a ‘no show’ fee call 1-866-937-7480 or 604-916-7480 if you cannot locate your vehicle.
The amount of time that passes to be considered a “no show” is 15 minutes.
Wedding & Grad limousine service: Ritz Limousines requires that cancellations be received no less than one month prior to pick-up time or full charges will apply. Please note that the deposit is always non refundable.
International Reservations (Outside US/Canada): Ritz Limousines requires that cancellations be received; no less than 72 hours prior to pick-up time. Roundtrip orders must be cancelled as 2 separate orders If you fail to cancel by the prescribed time frames prior to your pick-up time you will be charged in full for the order.
All Deposits are non-refundable; even if you cancel within prescribed time frames. The balance in full will be due should you fail to cancel by prescribed time frame or no-show at time of pick-up. If you cancel by the prescribed time frame the balance is waived.
There is a 5% processing fee on American Express transactions.
Trips are billed to the customer’s credit card or corporate account or can be paid by cash. Credit card information must be provided at the time of reservation and an imprint of that credit card will be taken by the driver upon pickup. Ritz Limousines accepts the following credit cards: American Express, MasterCard, Visa.
If applicable a gratuity is calculated on the base fare. Stop time, wait time, and any other surcharges will be added and itemized on the customer’s billing statement.
The following additional charges will be itemized on the customer’s billing statement when applicable:
– Parking at Vancouver International Airport (pickups at YVR)
– Ferry Costs
– Stop time/wait time
– Certain trips may require an additional fee for meals and/or overnight accommodations for the driver.
– Applicable taxes will be charged as required, 5% GST.
– All published rates are subject to change without notice.
– Current rates are confirmed at the time a reservation is made.
– All rates are calculated in the local currency and billed in CDN dollars at the prevailing exchange rate.
– A 30% – 50% deposit (calculated from the total service amount including taxes and gratuity) is required for all limousine and party bus services. This deposit is non-refundable for cancellations received less than 72 hours in advance.

A 5% administration fee will be added to the bill for any amendments to the service prior to or during the limousine or limo bus service.
Vehicle rates will be billed at the Ritz Limousines hourly rate. Customers are billed from the time the vehicle arrives at the pickup address until the time it drops off at your destination, with an applicable hourly minimum. All Reservations are billed on an hourly basis, and will be billed a minimum of thirty minutes travel time each way plus the time the passenger is in the vehicle when pickup and/or drop locations are located outside the Greater Vancouver area (ie: Mission, Abbotsford, Chilliwack, Hope) at the discretion of Ritz Limousines reservations staff. Certain dates and or requested services can only be reserved at a package price based on a set number of hours of service, determined by Ritz Limousines reservations staff (ie: Graduation packages, Wedding packages, New Years Eve packages).
Trips starting and finishing between 2:00AM and 6:00AM will be charged an additional 1 hour charge, at that vehicles hourly rate.
Wait Time / Stop Time
: For all reservations, wait time will be charged in a 15 minute increment.
Ritz Limousines abilities to monitor private flights are restricted, therefore, wait time will be charged as incurred for any passenger arriving on a private plane that is delayed by more than 15 minutes.
Passenger requested stops on route during a point-to-point reservation will be charged at $10.00 per stop provided the stop is no longer than 5 minutes, if longer, waiting time applies.
Passenger requested stops off route will be charged at the discretion of Ritz Limousines reservations staff based on the hourly rate of that vehicle.
Vehicle Cleaning and/or Damage :
The party paying for the reservation is responsible for all damages and/or cleaning charges incurred by the renter and/or party of the renter, including but not limited to: Vomit/Sickness ($200 Cleaning Fee), Alcohol Spillage ($100, Cleaning Fee), Broken Glassware ($10,Per Glass), Burns ($500 Replacement/Repair), Smoking ( $100. per violation ) Upholstery Tears ($500-1000, Replacement/Repair) and/or Opening a Car Door into another Vehicle or Stationary Object ($1500-2000) etc.
Termination/Cancellation or any Reservation by Ritz Limousines :
Ritz Limousines reserves the right to terminate any reservation without refund, if the Operator or Dispatcher on duty feels that the Renter and /or Party of the Renter is putting the Operator or the mode of transportation or the Renter/and/or Party of the Renter in danger of injury. Or, if the Renter and/or Party of the Renter are in the possession of any illegal material and/or substance, this service will be canceled without refund. Ritz further reserves the right to refuse service in its sole discretion. This is without exception.
Alcohol Consumption in Limousines and Party Buses:
The consumption of alcohol in (ANY) motor vehicle, is strictly against the law in BC, regardless of age. *Section 44(1) Liquor Control Act of BC.
Ritz Limousines shall not be liable for circumstances beyond its control including but not limited to weather, road conditions and breakdowns.
Ritz Limousines assumes no responsibility for lost or damaged baggage, personal belongings, or any items left in the vehicle.
Ritz Limousines has the right to replace a vehicle of equal or greater value if a breakdown occurs or situation out of Ritz Limousines’ control.
Smoking is not permitted in any Ritz vehicle.
